2. Provision of this website

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the website, technically necessary connection and usage data may be processed, including your IP address, time of access, requested resource, browser and device information, and technical log data.

This processing serves the secure, stable and efficient provision of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing in the United States cannot be ruled out. Further information is available in Vercel’s privacy notice.

3. Audience measurement with Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and which referrals bring visitors to RichterScale. According to Vercel, the service operates without cookies and does not assign data points to an IP address or a persistently identifiable person.

Processed data may include time, requested path, referrer, country, region or city, and general device, operating system and browser information. We remove query parameters and fragments from the page address before transmission. When a contact link is clicked, only the email channel and the button position are transmitted. Email addresses, company names and message contents are not sent as analytics events. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in measuring reach and website function under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Further information is available in the Vercel Web Analytics privacy information.

If you use an email link and send us a message, we process your sender address, message content and any information you provide voluntarily in order to handle your enquiry.
